General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between “Grand Court” (hereinafter referred to as “the Tennis Club”) and all individuals using its services (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).
1.2. Any person who makes a reservation, pays for a service, or enters the premises of the Tennis Club shall be considered informed of and in agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. “Grand Court” reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall enter into force upon publication on the official website and/or at the club premises.
Reservations and Payments
2.1. Reservations may be made by phone, on-site at the Tennis Club, or through the “Click and Play” online platform.
2.2. Court reservation cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show without prior notice, the user’s access to the “Click and Play” booking platform will be restricted, and they will no longer be able to make new court reservations.
2.3. Current prices are published on the Tennis Club’s website and on the information board at the premises.
Use of the Courts
3.1. “Grand Court” provides outdoor tennis courts for use according to the reservation schedule.
3.2. Access to the courts is granted only to users with an active and confirmed reservation for the respective time slot.
3.3. The locker rooms and common areas of the Tennis Club are accessible to all users, provided that the club rules are respected.
3.4. Appropriate sportswear and tennis shoes suitable for the court surface are mandatory.
3.5. The consumption of food and alcohol, smoking, and the use of prohibited substances are strictly forbidden on the courts and in the surrounding areas.
3.6. Animals, bicycles, scooters, and similar items are not allowed on the court premises.
3.7. The Tennis Club shall not be held liable for injuries resulting from improper use of the facilities or from the actions of the users themselves.
Training Sessions
4.1. All individual and group tennis lessons are conducted by coaches with the necessary qualifications and approved by the management of the Tennis Club.
4.2. Lesson cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
4.3. The Tennis Club may change or cancel the training schedule due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Safety
5.1. Users are required to follow the instructions of the staff and coaches at all times while on the premises of the Tennis Club.
5.2. In the event of aggressive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour, the individual shall be removed immediately without the right to a refund.
5.3. “Grand Court” is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen on the premises.
Personal Data
6.1. The processing of personal data by “Grand Court” is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
6.2. Personal data is collected and used solely for the purposes of the reservation system, membership services, and communication with clients.
6.3. Every user has the right to request access to their personal data, as well as its correction or deletion, in accordance with the applicable legal procedures.
Force Majeure
7.1. The Tennis Club shall not be held liable for the inability to conduct activities due to weather conditions, technical failures, or force majeure circumstances.
7.2. In such situations, the Tennis Club may offer rescheduling or a voucher for a future visit. No monetary compensation shall be due.
7.3. “Grand Court” shall not be liable for damages caused by third parties on the premises.
Additional Provisions
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force from the date of their publication and shall remain valid until amended or revoked.
8.2. Any disputes between the parties shall be resolved through mutual agreement, and in the absence of such agreement — in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation before the competent court.
8.3. Any person entering the premises or making a reservation confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
